1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables, accessories, and installation tools.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.

⚠️ Please note: Items that have been used, installed, damaged, or altered after delivery may not be eligible for a full refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used Smart Water Monitors that have been installed or activated.

  • Customized or special-order products.

  • Clearance or final-sale items clearly marked as “non-returnable” at checkout.


3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (both original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item.

We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, but please allow standard banking time for the refund to reflect in your account.


4. Exchanges

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect Smart Water Monitor, we will gladly arrange a replacement or exchange at no extra cost. Please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll ensure the issue is resolved promptly.


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for your return. Omnuvira is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.
